It is located at Via Appia Antica 110-126, Rome. The catacombs of San Callisto are one of the most important and greatest attractions of Rome city. Although started in the second century, San Callisto has had many more recent burials, including 16 popes. The burial arcades are almost 20km long. It remains open on 9.00 - 12.00 and 14.00 - 17.00 and closed on Wednesdays. Entry is €6 and includes a guided tour in several languages.
