Another great park for families, the fabulous Castell de l'Oreneta Park is one of the best loved and biggest parks in Barcelona and is the result of the union of two rural estates. The name came from the old Oreneta Castle, the ruins of which can still be seen in the park. There are excellent attractions for children like playgrounds, pony rides and miniature trains. The train here is one of the best staffed and miniature trains in Europe.
