The Museu Blau (Blue Museum) is Barcelona's new Natural History and Science Museum, occupying 9,000 square meters of area distributed on two floors with modern installations and facilities, as well as a dedicated space for under 7 years old. The museum features a 500 square meters exhibition space, a small Mediterranean garden and workshops for children. The exhibits here, talk about the Earth and its natural history, origin of life on Earth, and issues relating to humans and their relationship with nature. In short, this is a lovely little museum, tucked away from the city center.
