Park Güell is what started as the dream of a Barcelonan magnate, Eusebi Güell and ended up as one of the most impressive parks in the world, with amazing stone structures, superb tiling and magnificent buildings. Designed by Antonio Gaudí, this is one of the most famous parks in Barcelona and also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The 17.18 hectare extension makes the park one of the largest architectural works in south Europe. The park is truly worth a visit.
