It is also recognized as a Castle of São Brás, situated at São Sebastião town, Ponta Delgada , on the island of São Miguel, Azores. Fort São Brás is a military building built in sixteenth century to protect Ponta Delgada from pirate attacks. It is an awfully well reserved architecture and has a truly picturesque views right by the fishing marina.
