Known as National Museum of Anthropology in English, Museo Nacional de Antropología is one of the most visited museums in Mexico City. The museum features significant archaeological and anthropological artifacts from Mexico's pre-Columbian heritage. Some of the important objects displayed here include Stone of the Sun, treasures recovered from Maya civilization and giant stone heads of the Olmec civilization.
