Opened in 1996, National Veterans Art Museum focuses on preserving and displaying the art by veterans representing Vietnam War as well as other wars. The collections include over 1,500 paintings, sculptures, drawings and photographs from all over the world offering the visitors a unique viewpoint on the controversial subject of war. Don't miss to see the Above and Beyond installation suspended from ceilings featuring around 58,000 dog tags with the names of men and women who died in the Vietnam war.
