Ali'iolani Hale is a historic building that is the seat of the Hawaii State Supreme Court and is noted for the Kamehameha the Great Statue in front, which is often adorned with leis. The building was constructed by the Hawaiian monarchy and designed by Australian architect Thomas Rowe in 1874.
