Being Nevada's first National Conservation Area, the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area is located 17 miles west of the Las Vegas Strips. The area consists of desert beauty, a glimpse of wildlife as well as towering red cliffs. Receiving around 1.2 million visitors a year, the national conservation area is home to more than 200 varieties of mammals. Moreover, the 13 miles loop explores variety of wildlife as well as geological beauty to its visitors.
