It was established in 1863 and situated in Pierrepont. A museum, library and educational center dedicated to the history of Brooklyn. It remains open on Wednesday to Friday from Noon – 17:00, Saturday 10:00- 17:00 and Sunday Noon- 17:00. The admission to the Brooklyn Historical Society costs $6 adults, $4 seniors/students/teachers and free for children.
