Old Stone House is also well known as a Vechte-Cortelyou House. It remains open Saturday-Sunday from 11:00 to 16:00 and entry fee costs $3. Old Stone House is a 1930’s replica of a Dutch colonial farmhouse that had been constructed on the site in 1699. It also features an exhibit on the Battle of Brooklyn, the first and largest battle of the American Revolution.
