Queens Zoo is situated at 53-51 111th St, west end of the park, across Grand Central Pkwy. It occupies an 11-acre area featuring over 40 wildlife species including bison, mountain lions, and bears. It remains open in April-October on Monday-Friday from 10:00 to 17:00 and Saturday-Sunday from 10:00 to 17:30. And also remember in November-March daily from 10:00 to 16:30. Admission to the zoo costs $8 adults, $6 seniors, $5 children (3-12), free for children under 3.
