One of the last remaining links to San Francisco's oceanside Playland, the Mechanical Museum is a for-profit interactive museum which houses one of the world's largest privately owned collections of coin-operated mechanical music instruments and arcade machines. The museum now has more than 300 mechanical entertainment devices. One of the treasures of the museum is a steam powered motorcycle built in 1912.
