With an area of 534 acres, Discovery Park is Seattle's largest park located in Magnolia neighborhood. The park has nearly twelve miles of walking trails, expansive meadows, tumbling sand dunes, saltwater beaches and a lighthouse. According to the Seattle Audubon Society, the park features more than 250 species of birds as well as sea lions, Townsend's chipmunks and harbor seals. People love to walk on the jogging trails or just relax in the park.
