The Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI) is committed to preserving, teaching and sharing the history of Puget Sound area. MOHAI's permanent exhibits introduce visitors to different periods of the region's history. The exhibit is divided into "This Native Land", "Boom Times, Hard Times", "Homefront", "Little Town on Elliott Bay" and "Our Own City".
