Emigration Museum, Ballinstadt is based in Veddel district of Hamburg and showcases the journey of emigrants to Hamburg. The museum recreates the life-changing journey on the historic-grounds through the extensive interactive exhibits representing the whole emigration and immigration process looked like. The collections include text, films and original artifacts that give an insight in the passengers' circumstances.
