Description:
Founded by Paolo Mantegazza, a famous anthropologist in 1869, the museum houses various collections related to African and Asian art. Illustrating habitats and customs in different parts of the world, the museum showcases various collections of wooden containers, amulets, necklaces, straws, musical instruments and so on. Moreover, the museum preserves some photographic collections and documents which are imperative from scientific point of view. A library is attached to the museum which has some special books featured.
