The Church of St. Joseph is recognized as an Igreja de São José in Portuguese, is located in city of Ponta Delgada, on the island of São Miguel. This Church is also a good place to visit. It is in the center of the city of Sao Jose and is a historical landmark in Ponta Delgada. It was built in eighteenth century on the location of smaller church since the sixteenth century.
