Parc André Citroën, based in the area known as Javel in the 15th arrondissement is named after one of France's main automobile manufacturers, the Parc Andre Citroen. The park houses computerized fountains, glasshouses, waterfalls and themed gardens that feature different colored plants and even sounds. Water jets and stepping stones add to some philosophy and pleasure. Visitors can also enjoy the panoramic views of the city in the tethered Eutelsat helium balloon.
