This is probably the best-known beach in Byron with stunning views of distant mountains and passing whales and dolphins. As the name suggests, Byron Main Beach is the main and most easily accessible beach directly in front of the township of the Byron Bay, and dominated by the Surf Club and patrolled by Surf Lifesavers in summer.
