The High Line Park was built on a defunct railway that runs 30 feet above Manhattan between 10th and 11th Avenues, from 34th Street to Gansevoort Street. It includes Gansevoort Street, three blocks below West 14th Street, in the Meatpacking District, up to 30th Street.
