The Bulgarian St. Stephen Church is one of the best churches in Istanbul. This church was built in 1898 at the place of first wooden Bulgarian Church which suffered from a fire. It's a three-domed cross-shaped basilica is well-known for being made of cast iron. The church's entire interior including screens, columns and a balcony, is made up of cast iron.
