The Singapore Flyer is a giant observation wheel which gives a 360 panoramic view of Singapore. It is built over a three-story terminal building which houses, restaurants, bars and shops. It has 28 air-conditioned capsules which are capable of holding 28 passengers. The complete rotation, which takes 30 minutes, offers broad views of the city center and beyond to about 28 miles including islands of Bintan and Batam.
