City: Kuala Lumpur
Description:

Translated as Jamek Mosque, It is located at the confluence of the Klang and Gombak Rivers. Being one of Malaysia's most beautiful mosques, Masjid Jamek was built in 1907 and served as KL's main mosque from its opening in 1909. Its location between two rivers makes it appear as an island of tranquility in the busy city.
